Per Svedlund, President & CEO
Per has a M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and an almost completed MBA. He has extensive back ground in the construction industry, both residential and commercial. Per also has extensive residential design experience. He has been the owner/operator since the inception February 1986. Per is certified by the IICRC (
Institute
of
Inspection
, Cleaning and Restoration) in Water Damage Restoration, Fire and Smoke Restoration, and Odor Control, as well as a certified Commercial Loss Mitigator. He enjoys reading, playing tennis, fishing, travel, and working too much!

Marianne Svedlund, Vice President
Marianne has a teaching background in her native
Sweden
. She joined Per in the construction business when they opened the PDR office in
San Diego
in February, 1986. She has been involved in all aspects of the business and in the daily operation since then. In her off-time she enjoys gardening, books and travel.

Adriana Rodriguez, Office Manager
Adriana came to PDR with over four years experience in the management field, and fifteen years experience in accounting. She has been working in the PDR accounting department since 1999, and is also the in-house computer expert. That is why the whole office relies on her, both when it comes to accounting and computers! When she is not working, Adriana enjoys spending time with her children and husband.

Carson Paton, Estimator
Carson joined PDR with over twenty one years of experience in Estimating and Supervising; and in Restoration, Remodeling and Construction Defects fields. He has a background which he uses in developing and promoting new accounts. He is an avid reader and sports enthusiast. He loves spending time with his daughter and taking long walks on the beach.

Steve Provost, Estimator
Steve has been in management for nearly seventeen years since arriving in San Diego in the United States Navy for eight years. His experience in customer service and ability to manage his crew and our customers in emergency situations are exceptional. Steve is certified by the IICRC (

of
Inspection
, Cleaning and Restoration) in water damage restoration. When not out on an emergency call for PDR, he loves spending time with his son, coaching baseball and enjoying quality time with friends and family.

Steve Frick, Estimator
Steve joined the Paul Davis team in 2007. He brings to the company an extensive background in construction and real estate. Starting as a carpenter in the late seventies, he moved into the custom and spec home arena in North County. He has been involved with commercial projects as well. With a strong background in operations, finance and accounting, he understands the "owner's point of view" when making renovation decisions. In his days off, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. |

Ron Fisher, Project Manager
Ron has twenty years experience working in the insurance restoration industry, and another five years working in construction. His top priorities are customer service, and quality workmanship, and he hopes that you will feel confident using Paul Davis Restoration for all of your restoration and remodeling needs. When not working, Ron likes to umpire (as well as play) baseball and -softball. He loves attending sporting events and spending quality time with his wife and three children. |

Pat Wilson, EMS Supervisor
Pat joined the PDR team with over 16 years of experience in the industry. He has been in the restoration business since 1990, taking certification classes and working in the carpet cleaning and repair, mold and water damage remediation, odor control, and fire restoration fields. He is the EMS Supervisor, and coordinates our busy mold, water and fire division. Away from work, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf. He also is very involved with his daughter's traveling softball team.

Susan Griffin, Marketing
Susan Griffin is the Marketing Director and has recently moved to Paul Davis Restoration from community association management after 15 years in the industry. She brings her creativity, enthusiasm and expertise in customer relationships to the company. Susan’s responsibilities include developing and coordinating all promotional events, supporting the company growth through building client relationships and maintaining client relationships. When not at work Susan enjoys spending time with her family and volunteers with several organizations in the county such as Operation Homefront and the Ronald McDonald House |

Irma Phelps, Accounting Assistant
Irma Phelps is the Job Cost Accountant for the company and has recently joined Paul Davis Restoration after working for a large local community church in Accounts Receivable. Irma is always ready to help clients understand their invoices and act as an interface between clients and insurance adjusters. When not at work Irma spends quality time with her three children and wonderful husband. Irma enjoys reading and walking on the beach with her family.

Carla Javier, Receptionist
Carla Javier is the Receptionist for the company and has recently joined Paul Davis Restoration after working in the corporate offices of a major food service company. Carla has strong administrative skills and a background in customer service. She is the first voice you will hear when calling in an emergency. Her calm demeanor and expertise will help take care of your emergency in a timely manner. When not at work, Carla enjoys spending time with her two children and enjoys softball, golf, and Tahitian dancing.
